What happens to the details you send us through the contact form on this website.
Who we are

What we collect
Your name, email address and message from the contact form, the time you sent it, the page you sent it from, the website you came from (for example a search engine) and campaign parameters in the link (UTM), if there are any. We don’t ask for more than we need to reply.
Website analytics
We count visits to this website with Vercel Web Analytics. It does not use cookies and does not identify you: it tells visits apart with an anonymous code that changes every day. It only shows us which pages people read and where they come from.
Why
To reply to your inquiry and, if you want, to prepare an offer. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering business inquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Who else sees your data
Your message is stored in our spreadsheet and delivered to our mailbox using Google services (Google Workspace). Our mailbox is run by WEDOS Internet, a.s. and the website runs on Vercel. These providers process data only on our behalf. When data leaves the European Union, it is protected by the safeguards GDPR requires, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
3 years from our last contact with you. If your inquiry leads to an order, we keep what we need for the order for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, limit how we use it or object to its use. Write to mail@motionblender.io. You can also file a complaint with the Czech data protection authority, Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů (uoou.gov.cz).
